By using EP Stay, you (“Guest”) acknowledge:
1. PLATFORM ROLE
EP Stay is not the owner, manager, or operator of any property.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You assume all risks associated with:
- Property conditions
- Injuries
- Accidents
- Theft
- Amenities such as pools, stairs, or equipment
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You release Sun City Goods & Services LLC from all claims, including:
- Personal injury
- Death
- Property damage
- Financial loss
4. NO GUARANTEES
EP Stay does not guarantee:
- Safety
- Cleanliness
- Accuracy of listings
5. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
You agree to use any property at your own risk.
