EP Stay Platform

1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

EP Stay (“Platform”) is operated by Sun City Goods & Services LLC (“Company”). The Platform is a marketplace that allows independent property owners (“Hosts”) to advertise accommodations to potential guests (“Users”). The Company does not own, lease, manage, control, or operate any property listed on the Platform.

2. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

The Company is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Guests. All transactions, bookings, and agreements are made solely between Users.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and all listings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee:

Accuracy of listings
Safety or condition of properties
Compliance with laws
Availability or suitability

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Personal injury
Death
Property damage
Theft
Loss of use
Disputes between Users

Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Users acknowledge that staying at or listing properties involves inherent risks. By using the Platform, Users voluntarily assume all such risks.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Use of the Platform
Property conditions
Interactions between Users

7. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. Users waive the right to jury trial.

8. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
