Fees

There are no monthly listing fees. EPStay charges a transparent 10% booking service fee when a reservation is successfully paid. Hosts choose whether the fee is paid by the host, split evenly with the guest, or paid by the guest. Featured and Spotlight are editorial placement labels and carry no charge.

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
